The Process

1956 Ford

I am retired and have been making my own and my friends' golf clubs for over 50 years, My other interests are working on my 1956 Ford Truck and flying single engine airplanes.

To start the fitting process, we need to sit down and talk about your entire game. I will find out where you feel that you need help with your woods and irons. Then you will start hitting golf balls that I will measure in several different ways. I will actually find out how you load the golf shaft. Then I will personally build you a set of custom clubs. I have no employees and do everything myself right the first time as my name is on the clubs.

The entire fitting process can take up to 5 hours before I am certain that your new clubs will preform. I will build the clubs to your swing.  You don't have to alter your swing at all. The Main factor is how you load a golf shaft.

The price of the fitting is $250 and my "Butler Irons" are about twice retail compared to other OEM's. A set of irons are 4-LW. I only use the best shafts made by True Temper in Japan. They are the M80 shafts.

The woods only come with the Diamana Professional shafts.

When completed, you will have a set of clubs professionally made to match your golfing ability.

My product is very unique. I manufacture, fit and build your golf clubs. As you can see from the testimonials, they have been very successful. I even have people coming from Europe to get the "Butler Irons."
